Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Aussie Swimmers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and the hygiene sticker in its original position and condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
  • Change of mind returns will not be accepted for swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Important Notice on Postage Costs for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, whether for a return or an exchange.
  • Additionally, for exchanges, you will be charged for the postage fee to send the replacement item back to you. This cost will be charged to your original payment method or deducted from your refund if applicable.
  • If your return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Aussie Swimmers will cover all shipping costs, including both the return and the replacement item postage.

Postage Costs Summary:

  • For returns or exchanges due to size, color, or other non-faulty reasons, customers will bear:
    1. The cost of returning the item to us.
    2. The cost of shipping the replacement item (for exchanges).
  • These postage costs will be deducted from your refund or charged at the time of processing your exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at aussieswimmersinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and address details for you to send the item/s. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at aussieswimmersinfo@gmail.com.
